super duper tired. trng the past week was hell tough but fun as always. had a haircut today. damn ugly lah. gonna cut it botak. ahhh thats better eh. anys had massage ytd. damn nice. the guy andrew really gave it to me man. today at trng i didnt get my form like last week. was kinda ticked off. oh well that shows i gotta train harder. perseverence is the key! yeah! and i really want an ipod! i need it. i want it. i heart it. ytd dad just bought me a 508. so happy. thanks loads. currently icing my shoulder. later aight. holla
